Go the Tigers!
The Murrin Bridge and Euabalong United Rugby League Football Club, better known as "the Tigers", are one of the leading teams in the Group 17 Rugby League competition. Indeed, for much of the 2005 season, the Tigers looked a certain bet for the Finals until a run of poor form during the second half of the season caused them to miss out. Home games are played at the Euabalong Oval when it seems like the entire community of Murrin Bridge moves the 20km down the road by bus, car, or even on foot to support the Tigers! Away games take players and supporters as far afield as Ivanhoe and Hay.

Note: If you're looking for the promised reports of the 2006 season - unfortunately financial difficulties have prevented the Tigers from entering this year's league competition.
